Returns and Refunds
- Please note that "we" The Sprinkle Bar are not able to provide a refund, return or compensation if you receive your order later than expected. Sometimes delivery disruptions occur due to carrier industrial actions, such as airport baggage handler, transport driver or postal service organisational disputes. These courier disruptions are out of our control and not our responsibility. Please ensure you give ample time for the normal delivery process.
- Dried flowers are real, natural flowers and are prone to blemishes and imperfections. We are unable to provide a refund due to slight defects (such as slight cracks, marks, etc.
- We do not provide returns or refunds for a 'change of mind' OR if the product is smaller or bigger than expected (unless specified in the product description).
- We are unable to provide a refund if your order gets damaged during transit. All of our arrangements are packed securely with the utmost care. Any damages that occur during transit will need to be lodged directly through the Australia Post or the nominated courier company delivering to your door.
- We do not offer returns or refunds if your postal address is entered incorrectly during purchase. Please double check your details before submitting your order.
- We carefully mix and pack your order to ensure you receive the best in quality, but if you do find a problem with your order please contact us at hello@thesprinklebar.com.au
- We do not offer free returns. If we agree that a return is appropriate then all return expenses are the responsibility of the returning party. We will fully refund you upon receipt of your undamaged returned order. We do not offer refunds on partially used products or orders.
